I’m in love with my crock pot. It just makes life so easy and I’m all about that – especially in the kitchen. Throw it in there in the morning, get it out at dinner time? That’s my kinda life. It also makes me feel very accomplished first thing in the morning.
You can find the original recipe on Pinterest here, but as usual, I changed a few things up.
Ingredients
>>1-2 lb pork tenderloin
>>1 packet dry onion soup mix
>>1 cup red wine
>>3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
>>garlic pepper – seasoned to taste
>>garlic salt – seasoned to taste
Directions
Place pork tenderloin in crock pot and add red wine. On top of the pork tenderloin, add Worcestershire sauce and seasoning. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Notes
You can certainly use minced garlic but I didn’t have any so I went with the tried and true ginormous garlic seasoning from Sam’s. The meat turns out incredibly tender. I made this when I was delivering a meal to a brand new mom so I decided to buy two pork tenderloins and cook them in crockpot at the same time. I used twice the amount of wine and seasoning and ours tasted great – hope her’s did too!
Sometimes I forget to take pictures of the finished meal because I just want to eat it while it’s hot! So the fact that there’s no final picture with this can be taken as a good sign of a delicious meal. And ridiculously easy.
