Friday is here which means the weekend is just around the corner! We’re planning on having dinner with some of our best friends and then hoping to also have a chill movie night. Ah, weekends are glorious aren’t they?
This one has already been mentioned, but it’s worth mentioning again. I was so frustrated with my Silhouette not working because I was so determined to make fall subway art. And when I get something in my head and it doesn’t play out, I get really impatient. Who better to call than Mom? We seriously spent 4-6 hours working on it Saturday evening. She’s so diligent with stuff like this. Couldn’t have done it without you, Mom.
I can’t tell you how excited I was that it actually turned out!
And here’s mom and I around 11:30 when we called it quits.

Sunday fun day up in here! Normally, we’re like the most boring Sunday people ever. We go to church, have lunch, and take a nap. Oh, and don’t forget about the laundry that’s thrown in there. But this week, Katrina decided that Coppy and Peanut needed to run around together so we made dinner plans and the puppies couldn’t have been more excited. Oh and we had some fun too.

I know I’m hatin’ on cooking all the time but… it’s only because that’s just like one more thing I have to do everyday. So every once in a while when we have leftovers and I don’t have to cook it’s like someone has given me a gift. “Claire, please enjoy an extra 30 minutes today.” So this week I was kind of spoiled because I didn’t have to cook Monday or Tuesday. Monday we ate our leftover southwest chicken bake and Tuesday we ate Mom’s chili.
Oh wait, and we ate out last night. This was my fortune cookie…
